All orders are professionally packaged and ship in durable packaging. Buckles are packaged carefully in layers of bubble wrap to ensure that your merchandise arrives in perfect condition. For your convenience, we offer a gift wrap option an additional $5 charge. Your order will be professionally gift wrapped and will include a personalized message card attached to the package. If you select the gift wrap option, you can include your message in the "Order Notes" section. If you have any additional requests regarding your order, you can include that in the "Order Notes" as well.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At AmazingBeltBuckles.com we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, returns are accepted for a refund within 7 days of receipt and for store credit within 30 days of receipt. To return an item please follow the instructions below:
1. Email us at sales@AmazingBeltBuckles.com for a Return Authorization number. Returned merchandise without a Return Authorization number may not be accepted. 2. To be eligible for a refund we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. To be eligible for a store credit we must be notified within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
3. Your return must be received within 30 days of issuing your Return Authorization number.
4. Original and return shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.
5. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
