2. To be eligible for a refund we must be notified within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
To be eligible for a store credit we must be notified within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
3. Your return must be received within 30 days of issuing your Return Authorization number.
4. Original and return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded.
5. Merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.
6. Please include your order information and your Return Authorization Number so we can properly and efficiently process your return.
7. Please make sure to use a reliable shipping service with tracking confirmation. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
